One of the most favorite specialties of the Mediterranean Diet is vine leaves stuffed with rice, known in Greek as “dolmades”. These homemade-style ready-to-serve stuffed grape leaves (dolmades) are a traditional favorite of the meze table. The traditional recipe is made from specially selected tender vine leaves collected in spring, high quality rice and other ingredients. It is healthy and unique in taste when eaten as a meal or appetizer. Easy-open lid.
Dolmades can be served warm or at room temperature. Before opening the tin, place it into boiling water for 10 minutes, otherwise, empty the contents into a non-metallic bowl and microwave on full power for approximately 2 minutes.
