Rich aroma. Directions: For a cup of Hot Ion Cocoa, mix 1 teaspoon of cocoa and 1-2 teaspoons of sugar, according to your taste, with a little hot water or milk. Blend to a creamy consistency. Add more hot water or milk stirring well. You may also prepare it cold using a shaker. Other uses: homemade puddings and cakes. Product of Greece.
