Just rinse and toss them with your favorite dressing. They are also perfect mixed in a cold pasta salad. Merely add olive oil, vinegar, dried or fresh herbs and a sprinkling of grated cheese. It is also great as an appetizer, or pair it with an antipasto platter. Refrigerate after opening.
