Manouri is a semi-soft cheese and contains three types of milk products, sheep and goat milk, sheep whey and cream. It is slightly granular with a creamy texture and milky taste. Its flavor is similar to Feta but Manouri contains significantly less amounts of salt in comparison to the traditional Greek Feta.
